AUSTIN, TX, May 25 2023 — WorkTango, a SaaS-based employee experience technology company, today announced that it has won a 2023 Best Places to Work award from Human Resources Director .

The entry process for HRDC’s Best Places to Work 2023 award consisted of two steps: an employer submission, followed by an employee survey. The survey included questions covering key factors such as employee engagement, turnover rates, average tenure of staff, compensation and benefits, health and wellness programs, diversity initiatives, professional development, corporate culture, flexible work options, reward and recognition, and green programs. Verified employees rated their company across a range of metrics that constitute drivers of employee satisfaction. Organizations who applied needed to have an overall satisfaction rating of at least 75% to be recognized as a 2023 Best Place to Work.
In addition to being recognized by HRDC, WorkTango is also a TalentCulture HR Tech Awards 2023 winner; a 2023 Canadian HR Reporter 5-Star award recipient for Recognition & Rewards technology; and a 2023 Top 50 Inspiring Workplaces Finalist.
