Why are surveys confidential?
We want you to feel comfortable enough to be honest when answering survey questions. On confidential surveys, nothing you say can be traced back to you, which makes it easier to give authentic feedback on topics like employee engagement, leadership, or anything about your employee experience. We want to give you the freedom to voice your opinion without feeling pressured or intimidated.
How do I know that surveys are truly confidential?
WorkTango is designed to anonymize responses based on a predefined anonymity threshold. Administrators are able to view information based on company-defined segments (region, office location, department, etc), but are not able to drill in to see individual responses. If there are ever fewer responses than the defined anonymity threshold in a specific segment, we mask the data for that segment.
