Patrick Manzo

Chief Executive Officer

Patrick Manzo is WorkTango’s Chief Executive Officer. Patrick has been working in the HR-Tech space for almost twenty years, most recently as Chief Revenue Officer at Skillsoft, a leading provider of E-learning content and platforms. Prior to Skillsoft, Patrick served as Executive Vice President at Monster Worldwide. Over his career, he has led global teams operating across sales, customer success, pricing, data privacy, and security. Patrick is a mission-driven leader focused on team development, a disciplined management operating system, and a culture of ownership. He’s also a former US Naval Officer and a licensed attorney. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University and a Juris Doctor from Boston College. Patrick enjoys skiing, the beach, spending time with his family and black Lab, and is currently behind in his training for a Spartan Beast obstacle course race. He also enjoys reading, brewing beer, smoking barbecue, video games, and has a diverse (some would say oddly eclectic) taste in music.

Rob Catalano

Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer

Rob Catalano is WorkTango’s Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer. Rob has spent the last 17 years building HR Technology companies. He was on the founding team at Achievers, where he spent the majority of his 10+ year tenure leading their Marketing function as well as the final few years leading their global expansion out of the UK. Rob’s passion for improving the employee experience led to him co-founding WorkTango in 2015 to help companies collect and act on authentic employee feedback. He was named one of the 100 Top Global Employee Engagement Influencers in 2020 and has had the privilege of speaking to HR leaders at conferences in over 40 cities. Rob is an avid hockey fan, traveller, once played guitar in a metal band, and is a self-proclaimed ‘pointaholic’ – collecting loyalty points for anything and everything.

Monique McDonough

Chief Operating Officer

Monique McDonough is Chief Operating Officer at WorkTango where she leads customer success, people & culture, and the business operations teams. Prior to joining our team, Monique served as managing vice president at Gartner (formerly CEB), leading the North America Assurance and Innovation account executive team. She has more than 20 years of experience in operations, sales, client management, and marketing for high-growth technology companies and Fortune 500 organizations. She serves on the Board of Trustees at E.L. Haynes Public Charter School in Washington, DC. She is a 9-time Ironman triathlon finisher and, along with her husband, co-authored a book on North American Ironman races. Monique holds a BBA and BSJ from Ohio University and an MBA from Duke University. Monique lives in the suburbs of Washington, DC with her husband Greg and two daughters (ages 12 and 9) and her 4-year old German Shepherd rescue, Jack Jack.

Nadir Ebrahim

Chief Product Officer

Nadir Ebrahim is WorkTango’s Chief Product Officer. Nadir is passionate about helping organizations put their people first and building equitable workplaces. He has spent the last 17 years building HR technology and advisory companies that enable organizations to improve their employee experiences. Nadir co-founded legacy WorkTango in 2015 – a solution that makes it easy to collect authentic employee feedback, instantly gain insight about people and culture, and inspire leaders to take proactive action. He is an avid basketball player and fan, cyclist, and loves spending vacations immersed in nature.

Mike Couvillion

Chief Technology Officer

Mike Couvillion is the Chief Technology Officer at WorkTango. Prior to joining WorkTango, Mike served as the CTO for Alchemy Systems (Intertek) leading the IT and Development groups for US front-line factory worker training platforms and international training platforms for fast service restaurants. Mike has over 25 years in software and technology and has spent the last 15 years in the SaaS enterprise space. Mike has been involved in several industries over his career from online vehicle sales, to real estate portals, and oil & gas. Mike is a veteran of the US Air Force and is still active in flying, martial arts, and weightlifting. He holds a BS in Computer Science from La. Tech University and a Masters in Software Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology. Mike lives with his wife Christina and his dog Chainsaw in the suburbs of Austin.

Ralph Hunter

Chief Financial Officer

Ralph is WorkTango’s Chief Financial Officer. Ralph is an insightful business leader who has served in executive-level finance and sales operations roles, working with both public and privately-owned companies. Considered a true “business partner”, Ralph combines strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of the operational cadence of a business. Prior to joining WorkTango, Ralph worked with start-ups in the HR tech, Med-Tech and Industrial Automation space, helping to put in place scalable systems and processes with a focus on growth. Previous roles also include Coopers and Lybrand and PriceWaterhouse Coopers in both the US and UK, where he obtained his Chartered Accountant qualification. As a change-agent, Ralph has guided organizations through acquisitions, mergers, integrations, restructurings, divestments and IPOs during times of substantial growth and expansion as well as well during severe economic headwinds. 

Lindsey Fine

Senior Vice-President of Sales

Lindsey Fine is WorkTango’s Senior Vice-President of Sales. Prior to joining our team, she spent her career in B2B SaaS working for companies including Salesforce, Facebook, Dropbox and Amazon. She is data-driven and passionate about building and scaling teams. Having worked for some of the tech giants, Lindsey brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in doing this at both a large and small scale. Lindsey holds a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and lives in Minneapolis, MN with her family and Boxer – Pancho. She enjoys traveling, running, hiking, live music, and has recently taken up gardening.

Stephen Shinnan

Vice-President, Revenue Operations

Stephen Shinnan is Vice-President, Revenue Operations at WorkTango where he is responsible for informing, enabling, and optimizing revenue-facing teams by providing the insights and tools they need to be effective. He has spent the last 7-years in HR Tech, most recently serving as the Chief Revenue Officer at WorkTango prior to the acquisition by Kazoo. Before entering the HR Tech space, Stephen spent several years working in B2B marketing agencies including operating his own integrated marketing and demand generation company. Stephen is passionate about growing organizations by focusing on the employee experience as well as bridging the divide between sales and marketing. Stephen lives in Ottawa ON with his wife, Selena, three daughters, Great Dane, Walter, and cat, London.

Favorite travel destination: a lake with a dock
