Monique McDonough
Chief Executive Officer
Monique McDonough is Chief Executive Officer at WorkTango. Prior to accepting the CEO role, she served three years as WorkTango’s Chief Operating Officer, leading customer success, sales, people & culture, and the business operations teams. Prior to joining WorkTango, Monique served as managing vice president at Gartner (formerly CEB), leading the North America Assurance and Innovation account executive team. She has nearly 30 years of experience in operations, sales, client management, and marketing for high-growth technology companies and Fortune 500 organizations. She is a 9-time Ironman triathlon finisher and, along with her husband, co-authored a book on North American Ironman races. Monique holds a BBA and BSJ from Ohio University and an MBA from Duke University. Monique lives in the suburbs of Washington, DC with her husband Greg, two daughters (one teen, one tween), and her 4-year old German Shepherd rescue, Jack Jack.

Rob Catalano
Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer
Rob Catalano is WorkTango’s Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer. Rob has spent the last 20 years building HR Technology companies. He was on the founding team at Achievers, where he spent the majority of his 10+ year tenure leading their Marketing function as well as the final few years leading their global expansion out of the UK. Rob’s passion for improving the employee experience led to him co-founding WorkTango in 2015 to help companies collect and act on authentic employee feedback. He was named as a top 101 Global Employee Engagement Influencer in 2023, and has had the privilege of speaking to HR leaders at conferences in over 40 cities. He is an avid hockey fan, traveler, used to play guitar in a metal band and is a self-proclaimed “pointaholic” – collecting loyalty points for anything and everything.

Nadir Ebrahim
Chief Product & Customer Officer
Nadir is WorkTango’s Chief Product & Customer Officer. He is passionate about helping organizations put their people first and building equitable workplaces. Nadir has spent the last 20 years building HR technology companies that enable organizations to improve their employee experiences. He co-founded legacy WorkTango in 2016 – a solution that makes it easy to collect authentic employee feedback, instantly gain insights about people and culture, and inspire leaders to take proactive action. Nadir is an avid basketball player and fan, cyclist, and loves spending vacations out in nature.

Rick Feiner
Senior Vice President of Engineering
Rick Feiner is WorkTango’s Senior Vice President of Engineering. Rick has a more than fifteen year history of building, mentoring, and accelerating technology teams. His varied roles in the industry provide Rick a thorough and thoughtful view of technology teams and their capabilities. He’s successfully led Engineering organizations through immense technical challenges while simultaneously improving delivery methods, product integrity, and security. Rick earned his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Missouri State. He has an MBA from Georgia Tech, with a focus on Organizational Behavior and Strategy. Rick loves to learn and likes to spend his free time reading. Rick is passionate about creating great technology solutions and truly enjoys developing software. When he’s not spending time with his family, skiing, cycling, and exploring destinations around the world, you’ll find Rick developing one of his personal software projects.

Stephen Shinnan
Chief Sales Officer
Stephen Shinnan is the Chief Sales Officer at WorkTango, where he leads the sales and revenue operations teams. He has spent the last 10 years in HR Tech, most recently serving as the Chief Revenue Officer at WorkTango prior to the acquisition by Kazoo. Before entering the HR Tech space, Stephen spent several years working in B2B marketing agencies, including operating his own integrated marketing and demand generation company. Stephen is passionate about growing organizations by focusing on the employee experience as well as bridging the divide between sales and marketing. Outside of work, Stephen enjoys camping, DIY projects, and barbecuing. Stephen lives in Ottawa, ON, with his wife Selena, three daughters, Great Dane Walter, and cat London.

Abby Herlein
Vice President of Finance
Abby Herlein is Vice President, Finance at WorkTango, where she leads the Finance and Accounting organization. With experience across high-growth SaaS companies, Abby brings a business-partner approach that balances strategic partnership with operational excellence. She has supported acquisitions and integrations and focuses on building efficient, scalable processes, always looking for ways to improve how work gets done. Abby holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Iowa. Based in Denver, Colorado, she enjoys running, hiking, and cheering on Iowa football and basketball.
