That's up to you. While participants have private 1:1 conversations with no manager in the room, no peer pressure, no visibility into who said what, you can set up participant attributes like department, tenure, location, etc., that make reporting more relevant. Participants can choose to enter their names or remain completely anonymous. 

Individual responses are never attributed to specific employees. This is core to why Constellation surfaces honest feedback that other methods may not, particularly from quieter employees and remote workers who tend to go underrepresented in traditional listening approaches.
