What makes a great referral.
A qualified referral is someone who meets the following criteria. If you're not sure, send it anyway.
They work at an organization with at least 200 employees.
The organization doesn't have a recognition, rewards, or engagement survey solution in place, or is looking into alternatives.
They attend a product demo within 30 days of your submission.
They have the influence or authority required to purchase software.

Yes. The reward is triggered when your referral completes a product demo with our team within 30 days of submission.
We'll email you once we've connected with them and confirmed fit. The final decision on qualification is at WorkTango's discretion.
Your $250 gift card is sent shortly after the demo wraps, and your referral receives theirs the same way. You'll be able to pick from hundreds of brands including Amazon, DoorDash, Visa prepaid, and more.
You can submit up to 5 qualified referrals per year. We may revisit this as the program grows.
Some employers have policies that restrict accepting gifts. Please confirm your employer permits acceptance before submitting. You and your referral are responsible for checking your own policies.
WorkTango reserves the right to determine reward eligibility and modify or end the program at any time. Submitting a referral means you've confirmed your contact is okay being introduced to us.
