Kelly manages Trimble’s Global Talent Management team with responsibility for performance, engagement, the employee value proposition, onboarding, manager training and more.
Trimble has 11,000 employees in 50 countries and is diversified across 47+ products and services. The Talent Management team strives to strike a balance between consistency of best practices and the flexibility needed to fit many unique businesses and regions. Kelly’s academic focus includes industrial/organizational psychology, business, and communications. She has a Masters from NYU and a Doctorate from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
Rob Catalano is passionate about helping companies succeed – by leveraging technology to make employees successful. With his unique experience in HR Technology as a founding employee at Achievers, Rob co-founded WorkTango – software that helps give employees a voice and companies actionable insight.
