  • Activity Data: This includes step counts and exercise minutes.
  • Mindfulness Data: This includes mindfulness minutes or time spent in meditation or relaxation activities.

We only collect the data you explicitly authorize us to access through the Health App permissions.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your health data for the following purposes:

  • Providing and Improving Our Services: To track your activity, provide personalized insights, and improve the features and functionality of our application.
