For our next feature in our Employee Spotlight blog series, we’re highlighting one of our amazing Customer Support Specialists here at WorkTango: Vincent G. Vinny has been with the company for a little over five months.
1. What made you choose to join the WorkTango team?
I wanted to work in a place where I’d be making a positive impact on people’s lives. Since we spend a majority of our day at work, working at a place like WorkTango – where our mission is to improve daily (work) lives – seemed like an ideal fit!
2. What are you currently enjoying most about your role here at WorkTango?
My colleagues! Everyone is so friendly and willing to help each other out. Even though the whole team works remotely, you never feel lost or alone.
3. How have you grown since starting at WorkTango?
I’ve learned to look at problems as opportunities! Every roadblock is another chance to improve.
4. What’s your favorite productivity hack?
When my environment is too quiet, I find my mind wandering off. To remedy this, some light background noise has been a great help for me. YouTube has tons of background noise to choose from.
5. What is one thing you can’t live without?
6. Who is the most influential person/people for you and why?
My friends and family, because I know they always have my best interests at heart.
