Generative AI Comment Themes

Survey comments are a great way to understand how employees are feeling and what their experiences are like. But sifting through all that text can quickly become overwhelming, especially with large data sets. That’s where thematic analysis comes in—it helps make sense of lengthy open-text responses, turning them into insights you can actually use.

WorkTango’s new AI Comment Themes functionality streamlines the employee survey analysis timeframe by automatically generating a set of core Comment Themes from open text survey responses as soon as a survey closes. Leaders are able to use these themes to shift their focus from combing through thousands of data points to driving rapid change in their organization.

AI Comment Themes marks the second Generative AI feature available for WorkTango customers, following the release of AI Comment Summaries earlier this year.

Automated and Manual Incentives Claims

Many employers today actively encourage programs and benefits that promote employee well-being and healthy living. Some organizations choose to offer incentives to encourage employees to dial up their physical activity or complete an annual doctor’s visit or other preventative measures.

With this release, administrators whose companies use the latest version of Incentives in the WorkTango platform can now configure Wellness Incentives to be claimed automatically or manually.

This option provides flexibility for employees who may not have the WorkTango mobile app’s health integration enabled or who may be logged out but still want to get credit for hitting their daily steps goal or other key fitness metrics.

Two Factor Authentication Log in Requirement

WorkTango is committed to providing best-in-class tools for preventing potential rewards and points fraud. As part of this release and our commitment to providing safe and secure technologies, administrators without single sign-on (SSO) will now be required to log into WorkTango via two factor authentication (2FA).

Two factor authentication requires two different methods to confirm an admin’s identity before they can access the WorkTango platform. Think of it as an extra layer of protection on top of an admin’s username and password. We take the security and data privacy of our customers seriously, and the addition of two factor authentication is just another step towards safeguarding your information and points balances.
