As [former] Vice President of People & Strategy, Dania is a key member of the executive team at Kazoo [now WorkTango] where she leads human resources, talent development, value creation, and M&A strategy and execution. She is passionate about driving change, enabling creative thought amongst teams, and developing actionable solutions. Prior to Kazoo, she held a variety of strategic and operational roles at AT&T focused on driving market and business expansion. She was a critical player in the M&A activity at Castle & Cooke, a holding company of David H. Murdock. Dania started her career at Deloitte, as a Consultant for Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, and Retail Clients. Dania has an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles. She earned her undergraduate degree in Economics and a minor in Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She speaks both Arabic and French and is in the process of learning Spanish.

Bret is founder and CEO of The Starr Conspiracy, an experience management agency that has served thousands of Work Tech companies around the world since 1999.

Bret has dedicated his entire career to developing abundant employee, customer and shareholder experiences. He is an author, speaker and executive, but spends most of his time in the lab researching and creating models to help make the employee-first value chain a broad reality. His agency has been the recipient of more than a dozen local, state and national “best places to work” awards along with numerous industry awards.
