Tania DeSa is CEO of Desa Global Leadership Inc — an international leadership training and inclusion consulting firm whose mission is to inspire diverse professionals to find voice and visibility in corporate boardrooms so they feel more engaged and get promoted at work.

As an executive leadership trainer, Tania draws from intercultural experiences of traveling to over 80 countries and living, studying and working in Australia, Japan, Hungary, Spain, China, and Switzerland. She is a professionally trained coach and holds an International MBA from ESADE Business School in Spain and Peking University in China.

Tania has thrived in corporate sales and marketing management roles within the healthcare industry in such companies as Pfizer, GlaxoSmithKline, Medtronic, Ecolab, Johnson & Johnson and has led strategic discussions at the World Health Organization in Switzerland. She also leads an Employee Resource Group Leadership Council whereby Fortune 500 companies engage in quarterly diversity roundtables as part of her Board of Directors role with non-profit North American Association of Asian Professionals (NAAAP Toronto).

Rob Catalano

Chief Engagement Officer at WorkTango

Rob is the Chief Engagement Officer at WorkTango and has spent the last 17 years consulting companies on employee engagement while building HR technology and advisory companies. He is the Canadian Chairperson for The Enterprise Engagement Alliance, with a mandate to lead and help educate corporate, government and not-for-profit management on a formal process for implementing engagement across the enterprise community. He is active in the Engage for Success movement, focused on raising the profile of the impact of employee engagement on employee and business success, and he was named one of the 100 Top Global Employee Engagement Influencers in 2019. He is an avid hockey and volleyball player, traveller, used to play guitar in a metal band, and in his own terms a ‘pointaholic’ – he collects loyalty points for everything and anything!
