Why I Chose WorkTango
What is it like to work for a tech company obsessed with improving employee lives at work? This is the question I asked myself when deciding whether to leave the financial industry and start fresh with an employee voice management software company. What encouraged this drastic shift? It was a combination of my passion for human behaviour and my obsession with data-based decision making. - Every morning starts with a Tango—and no, I do not mean the Argentinian dance. Every morning the team meets to highlight important projects they’re working on and discuss challenges and progress. This is especially helpful in bringing you up to speed during your first two weeks!
- Cognitive conflict is a good thing. At WorkTango you are encouraged to challenge processes or strategies if you see things differently. This leads to higher quality decisions and more efficient processes. Giving employees a voice also leads to higher employee effort.
